Meet Laurie Badolato M.Ac. L.Ac.
Rooted in the Yog-Vedantic tradition, my approach is centered on helping others connect with their inner strength and wisdom.
I hold a Master’s in Acupuncture from the Maryland University of Integrative Health., B.S. in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology from Florida State University, and 500-hour Yoga Instructor and Yoga Master, trained at the Sattva Himalayan Yoga Academy. I’m also a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Reiki Master, Qi Gong practitioner. Alongside my professional path, I’ve also had the privilege of raising four children—a journey that has deeply shaped my understanding of resilience, balance, and personal growth.
It’s an honor to walk alongside those on a path of healing and transformation—sharing the tools I’ve been given, honoring my teachers, and holding space for growth and discovery.
